Alright, so you wanna know ’bout this Beaman United FC, huh? Okay, okay, I’ll tell ya what I know. Don’t expect no fancy talk, though. I ain’t one of them city slickers with their big words.
First off, sounds like it’s a football club, or soccer, as them fancy folks call it. You know, the game where they kick the ball around? Yeah, that one. Imagine that, 12 goals! Musta been somethin’ to see. All that runnin’ and kickin’, must make ’em tired, though. Hope they got some good snacks after the game, maybe some oranges and water. That’s what my grandson used to get after his little league games.
